Somewhere in the middle.
Things that have been keeping me busy,
and away from blogging these couple of weeks:
1. Work - a massive research assignment which is now done, thank goodness
2. Sponk in town
3. Shopping for new techie gadgets -
iPod Shuffle, new
laptop, then molesting them rather obsessively since they arrived in my hands
4. Cable TV - Taiwanese variety shows mostly
5. Heroes (Sylar, Sylar, Sylar; Hiro, Hiro, Hiro)
6. Reality TV - American Idol (finale coming this Wednesday), Survivor Micronesia (already over now though :x)
So I hope the above managed to give you an insight on what I have been up to all this while. Today is the second public holiday we've had in May, and I can only say that this long weekend has been absolutely blissful, because I
finally completed an almost soul-consuming research project and the boss was, I think, rather happy with it. ^_^
Which means... I get to enjoy this break, work-and-stress-free. I spent Friday night with the mother for a belated Mother's Day treat, and Saturday night with the 4J girlies for dinner and "Made of Honour" (O_o). And on Sunday night I spent six hours on and off watching TV, from "Meet The Fockers" to "Before Sunrise" (which I now adore), to bits of "The Apprentice" to "Love You To Death", and as I blog this my eyes are tired but still craving for one more episode of "Heroes". Did I also mention that Star World had an "American Idol Season 7" marathon over the weekend?!?! What can I say, I love TV and I love Star World for their ridiculous ideas. :)
Long weekends are awesome, that is all I can say. And now, it is back to being "previously on Heroes..."
